3. No Liability for Losses

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Desk, its operators, and anyone who ships or hosts it are not liable for any loss — funds, profits, data, or otherwise — from using or relying on this site, including paper-bot fills, Kalshi-linked actions, missed windows, or a wrong call. That holds even if we were told losses were possible.

4. Accuracy & Availability

Signals can be late, wrong, or down. Tape, candles, Kalshi books, BRTI, and news come from third-party APIs we do not control. Predictions are probabilistic and will be wrong a material share of the time. A 15-minute Bitcoin market is noisy; a “validated” lean is still a guess.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for every decision, including any order you place on Kalshi or elsewhere. You confirm you are of legal age, allowed to view event-contract and crypto data in your jurisdiction, and that you can lose 100% of anything you wager. Paper money on this Desk is simulated and has no cash value.

6. Not a Broker · Not Kalshi

15MIN BTC is not a broker, exchange, or CFTC-registered entity. It is not affiliated with Kalshi, CME, Coinbase, Binance, or any venue whose data we display. Live contracts settle on those venues’ rules, not ours. Auto-bot on this Desk is a paper trainer unless you separately connect your own account under that venue’s terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Desk’s layout, copy, and code in this deployment are provided for your personal use of this app. Do not scrape, resell, or pass off the product as your own. Market data remains the property of its sources.

8. Changes & Law

These terms can change. Using the Desk after a change means you accept the new text. Governing law: State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, to the extent that is allowed where you live.

9. Risk Management · Algo Bots

Advanced playbook setups (VWAP pullback, range fade, break-retest, Kumo break, Bollinger mean-revert, momentum) and algo modes (LOCK / TREND / MEAN / SCALP / PLAY) are research tools. They do not manage your risk for you. Default paper size is capped near 12% of bank. No martingale. Stops can slip. A lock can be wrong. Live Kalshi orders, if you connect a key, are real money at your own risk. Never size a contract you cannot afford to lose 100% of. Past windows are not a track record.
